Before reading please remember that we are on CITY property and must follow City AND County guidance. PLEASE help us and all the teams by following the guidelines REGARDLESS of your political viewpoints. Thank you for racing at Keller Auto Raceway at Plaza Park!
Front gate will be closed and due to City, County, and State regulations, at this time, NO spectators will be allowed. People entering must be affiliated with a team.
Teams are granted 1 driver entry per class plus 5 pit (crew member) passes. Crew fees are $20 per person. Racing entry is $50/member and $75/ non-member.
Teams must sign in at their designated class area at the bottom of the grandstand, adjacent to the scale.
For sign in PLEASE social distance yourself from other teams. Where social distancing is not available please wear a FACE COVERING.
Sign in for ALL teams will begin at 4:00 and ALL members of teams (driver and crew) MUST be signed in between 4:00-7:00. Team members should be people who reside in the home with the driver or have spent time around the driver WITHOUT COVID-19 symptoms or in the absence of a temperature of 100.4 in the last 14 days.
NO pit passes/entrance to the facility will be granted after 7:00PM
Teams are responsible for reviewing and understanding the DRIVERS MEETING HANDOUT that they are given upon sign in. There will be no official congregation of drivers for a driver’s meeting.
Upon sign in ALL members of teams must sign the COVID-19 Waiver in addition to the participant waiver.
The top of pit Sea Trains will be CLOSED for spectating.
When you are NOT in your pits working on your car or driving your car on the track PLEASE social distance yourself in the grandstand area. When social distancing is not possible please wear face coverings.
Please frequently wash your hands throughout the night or use hand sanitizer.
PLEASE DO NOT CONGREGATE AT ANY TIME while at the track.
Hamblin Motorsports will NOT be at the track selling fuel during the event. For your fuel needs PLEASE make necessary arrangements with Driven Motorsports or BR Motorsports.
FUEL WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ONSITE this week.
Teams must social distance themselves from other teams at all times. When social distancing is not possible please wear face coverings.
Interviews will be conducted with 1st-3rd place finishers at the conclusion of each main event with ONE driver at a time.
Concessions WILL be open with social distancing limitations in place. When social distancing is not possible please wear face coverings.
BEER BOOTH will be CLOSED during competition hours.
We request that teams PLEASE support the concession stand and remember this race is conducted in the absence of fans.
